American Rescue Plan (ARP) ESSER III Grant Input-Survey

The Newman Grove Public Schools will be receiving the American Rescue Plan (ARP) ESSER III Grant. This is a Federal Grant, one of the requirements is to seek input on how to utilize these funds. There are very specific guidelines on how these funds can be spent by the district. An outline of how these funds can be spent can be found at https://www.education.ne.gov/esser/esser-iii-arp/. The school district is planning to spend the funds several different ways, as a patron of the district how would you like to see these funds spent?

The district is planning to spend the American Rescue Plan (ARP) ESSER III Grant funds in the following ways.
-Upgrading the HVAC system in the 5-12 grade portion of the building, this will improve air quality for students and teachers.
-Purchasing updated reading curriculum
-Continue to employ a technology director
-Increase the amount of time a mental health and school psychologist spends in the building
-Purchase cleaning equipment in which the janitors can utilize to sanitize classrooms.
